CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GARMENT?

We do not offer return or exchange services at the moment as limited customised garments. If the garment you have purchased is not the right size for you, we can exchange the size or alter it per your requirements for a limited period post delivery.
Please ensure-

  • The garment is unused
  • The garment is in the original packaging
  • The garment has all the original tags intact
Once we receive the returned package, Team Nehru will review the reason for exchange and process it accordingly. Please find below the process of exchanging a product with us.
  • Send us an email or contact us within seven days of receiving the package . Kindly note that if the number of days exceeds, the item will not be accepted for an exchange.
  • Upon processing your request, the team will revert with an email confirming the exchange and an exchange order number.
  • Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags, and a pick-up agent will come to collect the package. Please note if we receive the items in any other packaging, we will not accept the product, and the package will be sent back to you.
WHAT IF THAT GARMENT RECEIVED IS FAULTY/DAMAGED?

Every product we send out is quality controlled. However, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, we request you to inform us within 3 days of delivery. If the request is not raised within the stipulated time frame, the request for replacement will not be processed.
If you have received a faulty item, please email us at -----------------, and team Nehru will be happy to assist you. Kindly mention the order number in the subject line for a hassle-free replacement process. We also encourage customers to add images of the product for reference.

We provide shipping across in the US & UK only; we charge a standard international shipping as per shipping option selected.
